2002 Meeting Minutes
The meeting was called to order at 7:10
PM and adjourned at 9:15 PM. Mike Hostetter's father attended the meeting
as a special guest. No one claimed the big fish pot.
Program Activity: Nothing scheduled.
Raffle: The raffle generated $63.
Treasurer’s Report: Ken Ganancial reported a balance of
$2332.16. $1500 for the state team tournament entry fees to due to the
Federation.
Minutes:
The March minutes were accepted as posted on the website.
Conservation Report: Lyle
was late and Frank & Blaine volunteered to get some things going.
Federation Report: The
special guest at the Jamboree will be Brett Hite. The deadline for state
team rosters is April 15th Anybody fishing the Federation
tournament on Boardman will be required to have an Oregon Fishing License.
Tournament Report: The
club made $1133.40 at the Sammamish Open. The tournament was a big success
and everyone's help was appreciated.
Frank White won the club tournament at Sammamish with a 3.3 # Smallie caught in
15 feet of water on a football head.
There was also a discussion about when anglers can buy into the big-fish-
pot. Joe made a motion that we use a gentleman's agreement and the
deadline is when the first boat blasts off.
Eric Woods volunteered to be interim Tournament Director until Franco returns.
The drivers meeting for the 4/28 Lake Washington tournament will be at 5:30 am
and the blast off at 6:00 am.

Old Business: Bob
Massett thanked everybody who helped with sponsorship for the Sammamish Open.
Due to prior commitments Lyle is stepping down as the 10th state team
member and A.J. is now the 10th member.
Mike Hostetter was unanimously voted in as a club member.
New Business: No new business
