2004 Jamboree The club finished in 4th place at the 2004 Jamboree. We had 20 members and guests fishing for the club. The only member finishing in the top 25 was Tom Melowitz who finished in 21st place with 22 pounds for the 3 days. Tony Lind won the tournament with over 33 pounds. Kenn Barinerd caught the big fish of day 3 which was a 4.02 pound largemouth. He won the club big fish pot of $100 and also received a Lowrance x-47 depth finder. It was a little cool with the weather only reaching highs in the 60's each day. The wind kicked up each day in the afternoon with gusts reaching over 30 MPH although it was reasonable each morning. With the high winds and cool temperatures it was sometimes difficult to see any bedding smallies. Unlike the past few years it was not possible to fish for bedding fish because of the murky waters on the entire Barker Flat area.	Duck Lake Tournament The next club tournament is on Duck Lake on June 19th and 20th. Non Boaters should be working on finding a back seat for the tournament. Reports have it that the Grass Carp are just having a great old time eating all of the weeds on Duck Lake so we may find it to be a different lake than years past. Casting Help Many thanks to Kim Sclar from the Chelan Bass Club who helped out by moving the Hula Hoops several times as they were floating away.	Kids Casting The club once again ran the kids casting contest on Sunday afternoon. The wind current was so strong that we had to move the contest from the water to the shore because the hula hoops kept moving. Kenn Brainerd and Rick Knauer are pictured above putting the hoops out for the contest. Joe Nunia won the 12-16 age group. Jake Muse won the 7-11 age group and Baily Miller won the 0-6 age group.
