The meeting was called to order at 7:12 pm and adjourned at 8:35 pm. No

club and attended as a special guest.

Tactics and Techniques:
Al Vance talked about using finesse worms with the Neko rig. Joe talked
about how to make the baits last longer by using a small piece of a McDonalds
straw slid over the center of the worm and then threading the hook so when you
are hooked up the worm slides up the line. Joe Scheperle was picked for
next month.
Raffle: The

Treasurer’s Report: Wayne Bailey reported a balance of
$5,714.98 before paying the Federation entry fees for the state team and sending
a check to Mary Bridge for $2200. After those 2 items the balance will be
$1217.98.

Tournament Report:
Tom Melowitz wins on Lake Washington fishing the canals using a Drop shot.
The drivers meeting will be at 4:45am on Saturday for the Lake Tapps
tournament.
Fishing Report:
Frank White caught a 9 pound 10 ounce largemouth on Spanaway on a black and blue
jig.

New Business: The launch
for the Moses Lake tournament is now at the state park by I-90 for the whole
weekend due to an ABA tournament on Saturday going out of Cascade Park.
Russ Kroeker and Ty Buetler were voted in as full members.
