Treasurer’s Report: Total $1,738.19 (PDF file attached)

Conservation Report: Discussion of clubs line recycling and recovery stations continuation and possible expansion. The conservation committee brought up the idea of hosting a fishing day for kids of single mothers. We would provide proper gear for the children to use and teach them how to catch pan fish. Russ has contacted a women shelter to work out the details and possibilities of getting this organized. The also decided to get more involved with the “Take a Warrior Fishing” program. Ryan Gates has contacted the Sportsman’s Warehouse and they have agreed to allow us (our club) to put on a bass fishing seminar at their store in Puyallup . Russ Baker has volunteered to allow us to use one of his Phoenix boats as a speaking platform during this event (date to be determined).

Tournament Report: Gerald and Ryan discussed the club fish off and their win. The club place 2^nd overall and the team decided to donate our winnings to the club general fund.

Fishing Reports; Shawn and Ryan Talked about the Bite or Wash , Lawrence & Heart LK.

Safety Report: No report from Doug. Announced that Boater Safety Cards are required for club members.

Federation Report: Chelan banquet announced, Russ Baker gave a report on the planned events & agenda. He also talked about his goals as a TBF president and his focus to grow the TBF membership.

New Business: A discussion of the pros and cons of the club moving to a dual membership with BASS and TBF.

Old Business: Club dues are due! Constitution Amendment #1 that was presented at last month meeting was voted on and did NOT pass (vote was 7-6). Constitution Amendment #2 that was presented at last months meeting was voted on and PASSED with a unanimous vote.

Raffle: no raffle

Notes: Big bass Dez announced a tackle swap meet on the 19^th of this month. Details are posted on www.wafish.com

Jan 14^th we are having the club banquet at the Milton tavern. Shawn McDaniel will help obtain raffle items for the women.
