August 2026 Meeting Minutes
Meeting called to order at 6:59pm
No special guests
Big Fish of the year is still led by Brandon with a 6.20
Meeting minutes- were accepted as posted on our website
Treasurer’s report- $1838.64 including deposits that were just made.
Conservation-The state wants a habitat project for bass and recently made a bluegill stocking in an unknown lake.
Tournament Report- Joey Guntle won Roosevelt. Joey caught them mostly on day 2 on a topwater popper. Joey Taylor was 2nd and Josh Lucas was 3rd. Josh said he junked fished and caught them on everything. -Permits are approved for 2027 except for one. We wanted to have an event in May on Moses, but there was a conflict. We will likely go to Long Lake in Spokane for the May event.
Fishing Reports- Brandon said they are hitting topwater at Clear Lake. Joe said crankbaits are good right now on Lake Washington.
Safety-Water is getting low on area lakes, be careful and try not to hit anything Josh.
New Business- BAM club classic. Clubs can put together a team and qualify to fish for the BAM Club Classic. Details on the BAM website or contact Rich.
Old Business-We taught Joe how to use his iPhone. Next club event is Moses Lake.
